A secluded university square surrounded by building backs. 

The area features a mature Magnolia tree which acts as the centrepiece for the design. The design attempts to combine three unique public areas: the first, an outdoor bar area; the second, an enclosed seating area with fountains and the single magnolia tree; the third, an open and sunny area with grasses and raised decking for a more intimate area.
