What will happen? 

 

Built in an old coal mine near Cinderford, the site will feature climbing walls, beaches, nature trails, beach volleyball, table tennis, retail spaces, tree-house holiday pods, offices, a café, a restaurant and of course, a 300 meter, biophillically filtered, surfing lake which can create waves 2 meters in height. The lake sits in the midst of reclaimed forest, sat next to a historic spoil heap with a viewing platform. The soil will need to be cleaned and pH adjusted. New filtration ponds / SUDS were added as were suitable plants to rehabilitate the area.
